Refined Marketing came about from multiple years in the high end automotive industry in Rural Wisconsin. We were forced to get creative in how we thought and advertised, and slowly put together a great team that brought important marketing components together. Our CEO left his company in the automotive industry to pursue full time marketing with the team built throughout the last few years. We are homegrown and believe in hard work, dedication, and respect. Our clients are always our number one priority. ​

I came from Poland at a young age. My family and I came for the American Dream. We come from a background of simple farm work. When I was 13 I was given my first computer. In my free time I would spend it on the computer, learning the ins and outs and figuring out how they worked. Over the years, I have broadened my knowledge with social media systems and platforms allowing myself to excel in what I do today. I truly believe social media platforms are the future of business advertising.  

Just like Isaac, I enjoy cars as well. I've always loved getting my hands dirty and being mechanical. I can talk your head off if you mention anything car related. Isaac has always liked BMW and I have always liked Audi. I hope that one day he will join the dark-side but for now, he enjoys staying in the right lane.

Isaac Mittlesteadt

After nearly 5 years of owning an automotive based customization company and working as a mechanical design engineer, I decided to take the jump into marketing in late 2019. I enjoy servicing our clients with great communications and building long term relationships. We want to build with you. As your agency's CEO I can promise you'll receive top notch service and our team will provide great results. 

Outside of work, I still enjoy cars and powersports as well as the company of my friends and family. I'm also a seeker of good food and fun travel experiences and destinations. I personally look forward to working with you and your team and am excited to see what the future holds for us!
